Pretty much. Dude was untouchable on his first 3 albums

"The way the bass slowly drifts into picture and eventually locks in during Leave It is just . . . . the best"

Precisely this. Didn't even see this, but Leave It is totally and utterly perfect.

MAN this so hard. Didn't even see this before posting. It's sensational. Everything that's right about electronic music.

It's sustained ecstasy for 11 minutes which is kind of a miracle. One of the best

5d. This album has been steadily climbing the ranks for a long time. It's his best.

That insaaaaane build up in Leave It with that bass line worming its way into you is just too much. Plus the drum fill (or whatever it's called) at 8m05s in... Oof.

Plus I like how I said the exact same thing twice on this page (with some months in between) and both times I didn't see Leave It's coolness was discussed at the top of the page already, hahaha!

This is where he really stepped into his sound. Way more texture and atmosphere than From Here We Go Sublime.

Yeah, I think so too. Sublime is sublime too, but this is where he shifted into a higher gear.

I slightly prefer FHWGS as I think its vocal micro samples take it to another level. But both are amazing

Sublime is excellent. It just feels more linear.

From this album onward, his sound became way more panoramic.

Looping is perfect. I really dig the Pantha du Prince-esque bell vibes sprinkled in this one, though.

Great album. Super underrated (though I still like the debut best)
