This is a great album.
Later half is unfortunately patchy, but the rest of it is vibrant, exciting, tightly written, well
produced etc. etc. Fred may be a gump wigger in many ways, but this is loads of fun to listen to.

to my understand Borland grew up with ADD and liked extremely spastic music, i'm not surprised if he
gravitated towards Negativland
