Yeah he didn't do anything for me, in fact his vocal style gets tiring especially since he only sings
in one frequency and his voice is almost nasally.

I listened to this album way back when it first dropped. I still think it's one of the best albums I
have in my collection and I'm not even a huge prog metal fan.
The vocals turned me off the first listen through. It wasn't until the third listen through that I
finally caught hold of the vocals and really started to dig the vocals. I love the way they spiral
around the guitars now though. It's different, sure, so your mind is going to need a second to adapt.
Once it does though... wow. My first listen through I was like, "What is this crap?" but my third
listen through I couldn't get enough. Really. Give this album a chance and it will QUICKLY grow on
you I guarantee it.
