All that does is fix the issues with the production/lack of bass, it doesn't make up for the album's other flaws.
KEA >>> AJFA (this could go on for a while).

yeah i know but that makes a change
songwriting on ajfa tops the one on kea, which is a great and raw debut album, but lacks maturity and is a bit unfocused at times like geadom said
also i dont find ajfa dragging more than a couple of times, which dont take away the general greatness of that album

lol saying ajfa is more focusd than kea ... are you kidding? all ajfa does is meander

@fapcum: We'll just have agree to disagree because I don't really agree with any of that.
Kill 'Em All represents the essence of 80's thrash for me whereas Justice takes pretty much all the fun out of Metallica and sounds drawn out and soulless in comparison.

"songwriting on ajfa tops the one on kea"
agreed
AJFA has also by far the best lyrics James ever wrote.

And Justice For All has started to grow off me a bit lately. While I still enjoy it a lot, the progressive elements seem really forced. Listen to Persistence of Time or Killing Technology from around the same era, and the progressive stuff sounds way more in-place with the songwriting.
