True... & they have also been here twice in the meantime. Oh well, let's see how it pans out.

Not the exact date, but the 1st announcement is usually some time in October from memory.

this is easily their most consistent, cohesive and best album

Disagree. Thought their last one was. Although a case can be made this is their most cohesive, I guess.

I felt West Pauper suffered a serious side 2 dip, whereas the only track I really don't care for on this is Man of Simple Pleasures. Even the more pastiche-y tracks seem to work better.

From memory, weren't 'Vlad...' & 'Fire' on the latter half? 2 of my fave songs on that album.

I do quite like fire, but I never got the appeal of 'Vlad' really. 'Underdog' is probably my favorite song off there

'Fire' was very close to my song of the year.

Didn't know you reviewed this Davey! Not gonna lie, I loved 'West Ryder' but this is a fucking shit album

Pos'd with my imagination.

Well, that's a bit harsh Puzzles. I mean, I preferred 'West Ryder...' as well, but there's some decent stuff on here too.

Even most that dislike them think they're anything but boring.

They're not boring... They have a problem with consistency
