I mean, I'm not knocking you. To each his own. I think it's his best album, personally.

My problems with this review:

-It's much more of a blog post about Prince than a review of the album.

-Prince is by no means ugly. Rather the opposite, and he always was sexier than Michael ever could (or tried to) be.

-Sign o the Times is a boring, bland album, and I cannot understand why so many scrupulous critics deem it his best.

-Also, FACT CHECK: They Don't Care About Us WAS a single. And it is actually more offensive (to Jews) than Sexy M.F. which is extremely respectful to women.

If you think Sexy MF is extremely respectful then you've never heard the bridge

prince didn't even write when doves cry for himself, some other band took it, failed, and prince took it back...

Nope, I still think Sexy M.F. is far less offensive than They Don't Care About Us. Prince insists on having a mental connection even though the woman in question is godly sexy or whatever. It's not really objectification. The woman's still a person...but a person with an amazing ass. In the end, it's a jollygoodtime song.

Jackson meant to offend in They Don't Care About Us. It's an attack on the government, the people in power, the Jews holding the money, and the "kike"s controling the media. You'd be shallow not move past "Sexy motherfucker shakin that ass" and not understand which is more offensive...

Also, I think the guy two posts above me is refering to Kiss and not When Doves Cry.

Not my fault, man. It was the Human Being avatar. He's seriously one of my favorite vocalists ever, though.
