Prey is the best track hands down [2]

Song slays. Cory Brandan is part of what makes the song so amazing. Spot on choice for a guest vocalist.

Like this more than MYOH. I like all the songs off this where I only got into a couple from MYOH.

Why pull teeth like that? Just enjoy both records for what they are, since they are both very well done.

Well i'm not insulting MYOH at all. That album is how I started listening to them regularly. But I only ever really got into 3 or 4 songs. I'm still hooked on the new album so I haven't gone back to their older stuff yet but I probably eventually will. But with new Counterparts, Close Your Eyes and Structures coming out tomorrow it may not be for a while haha.

Villains is fucking sick too, it's easy to disregard that album but it has a fantastic rawness to it and was produced by Kurt Ballou. Lots of Blegh's in that one too.

This album... Is so amazing. There are some average songs, but the amazing rawness and sheer anger of this album are enough to warrant a 5.

Their live show and collective personality is enough to warrant a higher rating, but I like to keep

MYOH a little higher up than this one and this isn't quite in Classic territory for me, even though I

still listen to these guys all the time.

We'll see though, if after an extended period of time I still love this then I might give them a

fanboy bump.

That's just Drew. Tom and Dragon neck seem really down to earth if you make the effort to talk to them. I think Drew is just not a particularly happy dude.

Hey guys, this band is extremely new to me as I have really never heard about them until recently. I heard one of their songs on youtube, and I must say, I thouroughly enjoyed it. They really remind me of a metalcore version of Rage Against the Machine and I like that a lot. The singer sounds like Zach De La Rocha at times. What is their best album and where should I start?

Start with make your own history, that album really defined their sound and has the best track they've ever made on it (Damien).

Can't disagree there, Damien is one amazing song.
