Sweet. Picked up the Alchemy Indices from amazon.co.uk in the 2 for £10 mp3 albums deal. Also got Vheissu along with The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me with the same deal.

Album rules so much and makes Beggars look even weaker for me than it already did. It's verging on being my second favorite from them after Vheissu.

@minty, sounds like a great deal you got there. I'll wait for the official release, although I think this could easily hit 4.5-5 if the rest of the tracks are as strong as the ones I've heard.

vinyl release is hot. i must say after the first 5 listens it sounds like thrice got their modern sound down in concrete. Its as fitting to their recent flavor as Artist in the ambulance was 8 years ago. Altho not as adventurous as it's contemporaries (blue sky noise, Daisy, no devolucion) this album still seethes with the feeling which made u fall in love with this band in the first place. cheers

I'm excited to hear it. Unfortunately the limited edition LP was sold out by the time I tried to order it. I guess I'll have to download it later.

"the thing about this record is that, while it's not really my thing, I can at least understand what people love about it. there's actually some cool parts in some of the songs and a few of the songs are even enjoyable as a whole, but this type of music just isn't for me. "

I think I'm the only one who thinks Vheissu is their weakest album outside of their debut.....but this album is fantastic.
