like idk i felt like shit constantly cause i never did anything or talked to anyone offline or tried to improve myself creativly/artistically so i just actively tried to do one or more of those things every day or whenever i felt shitty and it kind of just went away with time for the most part
i mean i still have bad days where im super anxious but im just hyped i was finally able to work shit out for myself after feeling terrible constantly for so long

Yeah. But you know, some people do. And just because everyone suffers from anxiety doesn't mean everyone finds it to sometimes actually be dibilitating in nature. I know this is just your shtick, but I felt like putting that out there.

I just think there's a line, you know? I get annoyed when people that used to get stressed about math tests
say they understand living with anxiety, and when people that got sad because their girlfriend broke up with
them say they know what it is to be clinically depressed. And because everyone experiences all emotions,
they for some reason think it's okay to belittle people that actually have to fight with their minds every
day to do what's expected of them. No, I don't think that means people should constantly complain about it,
but if bringing it up every once in a while annoys you, then maybe you aren't the type of person to be
giving advice. That's all, and I'm done with the subject for now.
