Despite the horrible production I can say this was quite enjoyable on my first listen.

I don't get the point of the short interludes though. It's just there, doing absolutely nothing for the album.

I agree, the interludes don't do much, but I do like the Typhoid Mary one. I wish the production was

more like Fables too. Fucking Joe Barresi

having fun with a track does not make it good...rikki tikki tavi would be shit even if the singer was playing hopscotch and eating a baby bottle pop when he recorded it...darroh lows, i lols...album's pretty boring/sounds like their last minus the interesting parts (plus radio alternative)...bright bulbs and sharp tools is good though...

God, you are such a tool

How the hell do people not like "Rikki Tikki Tavi?" Is it just Darroh's growls that turns them off? Song is one of the better ones on the album to me...definitely the most unique song.

...of course, I've been listening to that song for ages now, so maybe I'm just used to it.

"Given the ever increasing saturation of music worldwide, it often takes something quite special to break out of the rut and create something truly interesting and captivating."

This band didn't do it, sounds like I've heard it all before, like so many bands.

I don't know why, but this album reminds of The Used's 'Artwork' =/

It's true that this album isn't anything particularly original, the songwriting truly makes up for it, me thinks.

You're either going to think it's awesome, or it's cheesy.

This....this is why I visit Sputnik. Because once in a while I find amazing bands like this one here. Just got their whole discography. They have such potential to be mainstream that I'm surprised they're not. Never heard of them before this.

"Whiskey & Ritalin" was the one song here that really told me the band still ruled.

My problem is that the first 9 or so songs are all so bland to me, and then how offensively annoying Rikki Tikki Tavi fucking hurts me. Golden Parachutes is really good though, and one or two of the other songs after are solid. ill bump up to a 2 or 2.5 if it stays that way.
