just saw these guys. Excellent show. It was my first "real" screamo show (I'm sure neither La Dispute nor Ninjaspy, local band, count at all) and it delivered. The venue was a shitty little back room of a shitty little record store near Main and Hastings (for those not familiar with Vancouver, read that as: the shittiest possible area of Vancouver). Adam, if you're reading this, when I entered the venue I immediately thought "omg, I'm redsky".
If you ever play Vancouver, I found the perfect venue, js.
anyway yeah, great show, nice guys, I picked this up on vinyl and talked to the screamer and bassist for a while. This was their first ever show in Canada, yeeeeee.

they're so damn Italian too. I had never seen a photo of these guys but as soon as I walked into the venue I was like, yup, those 5 guys. They were all dark and hairy and drinking wine (not joking), and their English is pretty awful. It was mint.

Their singer is like the nicest guy ever. talked to him for a few last night. chill show. they're actually going to be doing a split with Loma. it's all done being recorded, mixed, and mastered so as soon as whatever label they're working with has the time to put it out it will see the light of day.
