The new mix definitely buries some moments that I liked in the original and that sucks. Jake sounds like an absolute monster on the new version though, so that's cool. It's a mixed bag but I'm glad it exists, I always wanted them to redo this album.

That Internal Cannon remix definitely threw me off - and not in the best way.

Kinda disappointed with a good portion of the changes they made for the rerelease. I'm even finding some of the original versions vastly superior to the newer ones (Divisions) despite the meatier production.

Not digging the production very much on the remaster. Wish these guys would work with Kurt Ballou. He’d make them sound incredible.

It's not a remaster, it's a re-recording

And disagreed, album sounds much better. The flat guitar sound is gone for good

Although the worse songs on here like Poor Millionaire are still ass

If this re-recording got anything right it’s Jake. He sounds incredible.

Never listened to the original version of this, but the re-recording sounded great. Have always casually appreciated ABR, but have never really dove in. Bought tickets to the 10 year Leveler anniversary the other day and realized that the last time I saw them was when they were originally touring for Leveler which is pretty wild. 10 years FLIES.

Indeed. The lineup for that tour is filth. Bummed its not coming near me

Yeah tbh, what hooked me was Erra, ABR is a great bonus though!

The only good records they put out in my opinion are the first two one. But since or after Constellations all their releases are just redundant.

It's still ABR but they just "force themselves" to sound more huge, big and relevant etc. Just doesn't matter

R&R and FIFP are good

This, Guardians, and PA are bottom of the barrel metalcore

Nah, bottom of the barrel metalcore is present day OM&M, We Came as Romans and The Word Alive.
