This Woman's Work is the only one that sounds good on here, but it's STILL inferior to the original



Deeper Understanding and Rubberband Girl are both horrible



Everything else is meh



Bad album



Like I'm relistening to the original version of Rubberband Girl and I'm finding a new appreciation for it lol

Absolute classic: Lily is the absolute banger!
"Rubberband Girl" she is smoking joints...
Top of the City is so dramatic rock opera!
This Woman's Work is a lullaby!
Song of Solomon is so classy......
Moments of Pleasure is for funeral..... Last phrase reworked: "...Did you really love me...?"

Probably there are only 2 songs that were not changed AT ALL musically:

The Red Shoes
And So Is Love

She did some very cosmetic changes to those two. And in this case, it was really not necessary to re-record it - it's pure filler songs for this project.
