Yeah I know the tympanik audio label already, it's great. I checked on discogs and I have many albums of that label but I will check out more of it, for example Totakeke.



But I won't click on that link because I hate rateyourmusic, it's full of music haters. Most average ratings for albums there are too low. Much lower compared to sputnikmusic and I don't get it.



Most albums I saw on there are around 3.5 rated, that's even considered very high on rym. It's ridiculous.



Just saw Entombed's first 2 albums also only around 3.85 there, but here they're 4.2 and 4.3.

its largely the userbase size compared to our smaller one, but yeah in general 3.5 and up is excellent over there. Their chart system is light years better than the one here though.

Btw I checked out Rise, and what a great album it is with all the small little details. After only one listen I already love it. The atmosphere and the sounds are colourful.



I also finally checked out Sleepmakeswaves - Made Of Breath Only, and it's amazing, and has a completely different atmosphere than LoC has, it's more icy cold, glacial but also futuristic and with a positive vibe like LoC.

LoC to me is very near perfection but I'm thankful Breath isn't even far behind, all songs have something special that makes them so good.



Sometimes I love discovering "new" bands and albums, with the 900 albums I already have (and I love most of those 900) those two "new" are like a bonus. Music will always be one of the main things that keeps me alive and going.

Hard to beat this on a night drive. One of the finest crafted IDM albums ever
