This was one of the albums that made me feel supa hardcore when i was 14. Aaron Weiss is on it so its still okay with me.

It's not a bad review. It's actually quite original. People just vote against it because they disagree.

"The largely instrumental song (see long title) is perhaps the downer of the album. But if it wasn't there, it wouldn't be the same. The song builds wonderfully in terms of dynamics and instrumentation layering - it just drags on for too long."

To me this is a giant contradiction, and the goal of the review having a few major points was not quite as well orchestrated as intended. Obviously I enjoy the album but the word usage, choice, and structure blatantly make you come off as a fan boy with nothing truly insightful to say. If you truly were the person who reviewed the entirety of Converge's discography then I am assuming that you lost your touch somewhere since,;get it back and redo this later, blow our yankee socks off.

This is the only album I can get into of theirs, nothing else sticks with me.

"Sputnik Music: Dumbing down Plantet Earth's young people one retarded review at a time."

Scogin is my personal favorite vocalist in metal. This album is sadly underrated.

This album has some practically legendary moments on it as well as a hefty dose of monotony.

if i'm a fanboy, then try and make a justification for your statement - I know you said it was the way the review is written but I wrote it when I was really keyed, so apologies.

The reason it is a 4.5 is because of the reasons dumbass - Scogin, the production, the delivery, the lyrics, the one-liners, the flow, and the standout tracks/bits mentioned. Yes, I call it a classic - but it is a classic within a subgenre (chatoic hardcore). Enough of this any, its gay, like the review site (owaitimonthisagainugh)
