I honestly don't get it. It listened to the entire album, straight through, and I genuinely thought it was a joke. I'm not trying to be a dick; I love great rap, hip-hop, and R&B. I just think Janelle Monae's "The Archandroid" makes this album sound downright silly, though I fully understand that the artists are striving for two radically different sounds. I actually deleted the record after one listen. Perhaps I need to download it again and give it a second chance. I'm all for fair play, and everyone here seems to be noticing something that I'm missing. We'll see.
