This is one of just a couple Trio albums where I prefer Matt's songs to Dan's. The Dan songs are good of course but all of the highlights are from Matt (although they do split the chorus on Mercy Me and Back to Hell)

Never Break Up is just so damn repetitive, I get it's meant to be a simple pop song but the whole song has already happened in its first minute lmao. plus Buried is lyrically killer and has such a unique atmosphere that I really dig
PTT is fine, I guess, I just like everything else more and 14 tracks feels a little excessive for a Trio album, Crimson's already their longest as it was. Your Neck is just trash

the poison is still a ripper but I've never been wild about how dans voice sounds double tracked and that song is maybe the worst example of it. but your neck is the only song i don't love from the sessions so cutting that is just a length constraint. I have this album 5d for a reason haha
