TOYPAJI is so overrated. Their worst album with DeLonge imo

its definitely better than cheshie and neighborhoods since the latter has two really fuckin awful songs on it but its the worst of the 1997-2003 stretch for sure

What two songs do you think are awful on Neighbourhoods, just out of interest.

Yeah that's a fair shout man. Thought you might say Fighting the Gravity, although I actually like that song lol.

naaaah fighting the gravity rules and is prob my fav mark song from those sessions. honestly all the songs that are only on the 14 track version (so that, snake charmer and even if she falls) are better than the whole 10 track version to me

I think at times I like Cheshire Cat more than TOYPAJ. I know it's kinda shit, but it's so much fun.

Could never get into Fighting The Gravity

My first "favorite album" that I ever obsessed over at 10 years old. Still amazing.

It's hilarious how on RYM everyone in the comment box and forum agree this is a top 100 album of all time yet they're unable to change their ratings because the album is too "misogynistic" in a fun way. This generation is so weak, going against their own impulses and desires. I'm so glad I chose to live like a true barbarian who crushes skulls if I want/have to, let alone other's emotions.

I disagree. I never grew up with this kind of music and it evokes precisely zero nostalgia to me. They're objectively killing it at their peak. You can feel their passion breaking the sound/heart barrier through any crappy set of speakers.
