the way the beginning of "the piano drop" swirls into existence out of nothing and then the bass slides in underneath to ground it is one of the coolest opening sections for an album. so good. textures on this album are incredible.

i think that's probably not true among most listeners jleb. i think this one is better personally, and haunt me is also awesome. i won't try to rank the other ones but this def my favorite hecker.

ravedeath is well known on this site because most people hadnt heard him until it was released. amongst ambient/hecker fans I wouldnt say ravedeath is the most well known.

this wasn't my introduction to hecker but I think this is my favorite
almost arbitrary as he could easily have three records tied for that title
so excited for the new one... next week I think? hasn't leaked yet I don't believe
