Hmm, I found Alligator to be pretty bland. The album definitely had its moments (Crucify Me, It Never Ends, Don't Go, Memorial, Blessed With a Curse).

alligator blood is a sweet song, the only one that stood out to me on my first listen. but yes this album is pretty awful. it was perfectly fine to compare them to architects because they are two of the most popular metalcore acts out of england and architects are WAY more badass
