Review Summary: The Debut Album from Previous korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch. This is a powerful Christian tale of the life of a rocker who found god, and gave up all his old ways, to follow in a better life. A true inspirational Metal tale.

OK, So we all know about Brian Head Welch, All his problems and issues with korn and all that, But what about his music? Well He cleaned himself up and went out on his own to get some more kids into believing in religion and to tell his story. This is the album of his life basically, He left korn to make an album telling people of the issues of alcohol, drugs, all that stuff that is entailed in the rocker life style, and he did it effectively. The songs are all put together well. He didn't leave any of his talent with korn as far as i'm concerned. He pulled together all his talent and poured it into this epic and amazing tale of recovery and the rocking lifestyle, It's a great and powerful tale, to see that he has come out of the dark that had been pulled over him. Now his tale is good and all, but what's really important is the music here. I'm gonna take a quick overview on what i think are some of the best tracks off this rockers debut solo album. So let's go.

1. L.O.V.E:
This Song is a great intro to the album and it really get's you going with it's slow to heavy intro, He really utilizes great effects on the intro of this one. It gives it a creepy atmosphere but it keeps it on the safe side. It's not too creepy but it's definitely a powerful one. It definitely has to do with keeping your love in god and getting the benefits along with it.

2. Flush:
Of course this one had to make the list, it's the most popular song on this album, and for a good reason too. It definitely makes you want to steer clear of drugs and alcohol. And the video for it is just eery and powerful. Not To mention his guitar is definitely no stranger on this one either, and the vocals for this one are really good too. He makes a good singer in this one

3. Money:
A personal Favorite of mine, definitely touches on the more materialistic people who are out there. People obsessed with money probably won't succeed in life any time soon. The Lyrics are good and i think his vocal skills are shown here very well. He's a good singer in this one, not so much with the screaming but a more powerful and beautiful voice, definitely a classic.

4. Re-bel:
Another Popular one on here, Definitely detailed about the abuse that some kids have to go through. It Also details the issue of being ignored and a family falling apart at the seems. It's got an amazing guitar track and the fact that it's sung by a large group of kids just makes it even more powerful. The music is just amazing in this one too, definitely one of the best on here, deserving of the list.

These songs are all powerful and they deserve some recognition. This Album is definitely worth checking out, spend the money on it, support his good cause. You won't regret it at all.

Why have you caps'd so many unnecessary words in the summary? Like you write 'Previous' then write 'god'

This album could be better, but he needs to learn how to write lyrics first. No problem with the themes, I wholeheartedly support what he's done with his life, but the lyrics are sooo badly written here.

2. Flush... really good lyrics. At this point I stopped reading. They round like old compatriot Jonathan Davis wrote them and no, that isnt a compliment

The summary makes me laugh. It's just written in a funny way.
