Just do yourself a favor and listen to this. Just listen to anything that scores a 3.5 or better and determine for yourself how good it is

I'll definitely listen to this at some point, what gave you the impression I wouldn't? I'm just getting my priorities straight.
@Blackwater - thanks, I know it's a shock for you seeing me liking something, I've even rated that one higher than a 3.5.

That's fair. I still have a fairly long list of things to check out but I also get stuck on stuff that I listen to on repeat lately like Mgla, Darkthrone and Malevolent Creation so then I forget about my list

I'm frustratingly haphazard in my approach sometimes & it feels overwhelming how much is out there. IF I was to make a comprehensive list (just from memory) it'd probably be 10 pages long.
I think when looking back at the year as a whole I'll (hopefully) be satisfied with all the new music I've found.

Last year I found Blood Incantation, Deathspell Omega, and Ulcerate simply because they had highly rated releases. What a good year. All you really need is a couple insanely good bands to make for a satisfying year of music imo.
