not trying to hate. was seriously looking forward to this. I still listen to Rareform quite a bit and was excited for the new vocalist, but i was extremely underwhelmed, probably because i have no interest in 90% of these polyrhythms or breakdowns. as someone else said, this album had no 'wow' factor, and its making my personal experience with this album a huge disappointment.

yep, too many breakdowns, not too many interesting leads. vocals are pretty good though. but terrible, terrible cliche lyrics.

then this is just more formulated and fits a more defined structure... it'll probably come second to fafs. but, if you're into the band, then the sounds of progress are a welcome addition.
