Spanakopita is indeed Greek and one of my favorite foods! The trick is to have just enough filling (not too much, not too little), two kinds of cheese (feta and anthotyro) and an extra layer of phyllo in between the spinach.
Regarding the physical copy of CTTE, I don't have one because I appreciated this album after my album purchasing days. But I'm sure you can find a copy through the internet.
