I mean it's okay I've gotten into Bjork though she's not strictly trip hop. I've heard a few songs

from the above said classic trip hop albums (Mezzanine, Dummy), but at best it sounds to me like good

baroque pop with electronic beats.

Depends on what you're referring to as trip hop. The stuff I like is mainly the instrumental electronic stuff that is labelled as trip hop, which is obviously different to what you're referring to.
