It would be amazing if they last another 10 years, so then you can finally watch them live.

I totally understand thinking this is their best, even if I personally prefer the first three.

Yeah, seeing them was one of the best live experiences of my life. Once they started actually practicing and playing a bunch of shows they tightened up (after the release of Marrow).

They were good live, but they definitely weren't Meshuggah or any massive event like that imo.

I've seen both Agalloch and Meshuggah and I'd see Agalloch again over Meshuggah if I could

Really? That's interesting aha, even if I didn't like Meshuggah I'd still think they were a shit ton better live. Like I probably like Alice In Chains more than Pearl Jam but Pearl Jam fucking destroys them live. But to each their own, I guess.

Agalloch are my fave band though so hearing those songs live meant a lot more to me than when I saw Meshuggah (so I guess I'm a little biased)

Meshuggah were a ton of fun though and I somehow managed to be in the second row when they played Amnesia Rockfest a couple of years ago

Meshuggah didn't blow me away when I saw them, but they did follow Intronaut and Animals As Leaders so it was a pretty high bar.

I had a chance to see that fucking tour with AAL and Intronaut in Charlotte, bought tickets and everything, and my fucking friend (ex-friend now) canceled and I didn't have a ride.

A friend of mine saw them play in a church in Kentucky back in 2014 around the time that Serpent came out, and he said that it was jaw-droppingly good.

Then again, my ex was sick and I spent the whole Meshuggah show taking care of her. So there was that.

Well if she distracted you from Meshuggah that's good enough reason for her to be your ex and not your current
