Trying to collect my thoughts a little here but … this album inspired me to write music - not only because it was amazing music to growing up (which it damn well is) but also because they were a local band (I live in Perth). I felt super inspired by the fact people near me could produce music of such an insane calibre. It seems a little weird now seeing my review with a 4 a top of it. I used to believe there was always something better - an album out there that was more ‘5’ worthy, I was just yet to discover it. Looking back, I guess albums that you’ve jammed and really felt and grown old with are the ones that are more ‘classic’ worthy if anything. One of my favourite records, ever.
