I thought it was new as well, then saw it was recorded back when this was. Yeah, still pretty hype though. It's so good. Just as good as anything this else they've released. Honestly wish it was a bit longer towards the end, still amazing though. Releasing previously unreleased material, repressing of their self titled, tours, there HAS to be a new album on the way for 2017.

Critical darling post-hardcore from RVA? I should've known about this. Gotta check soon I guess...

@elliot or they just respect the s/t too much and just try to find other ways to be active

That's also a strong possibility. I have faith that if they released a new album, it'd be great. Not on the level of this obviously, but better than AF's comeback.

Comebacks are rarely even good, let alone of equivalent quality to the original shit.

"repressing of their self titled"

dont take that as evidence of new stuff on the way, part of the reason theyre doing shows again is because of the amount of attention the repress got, which told them people were still interested in the band.

the repress was the impetus of all this i believe.

which told them people were still interested in the band.

Which could very well lead to new music. Let me live my dream, Mort. Just for a little while.

Yeah I'm sure AtDI is totally gonna release RoC 2.0 now that they're back.

I get the point you're trying to make. I just have a good feeling about new music from these guys. Call it wishful thinking, but I just have a good feeling it'll be good (if it happens). I don't expect it be anywhere near as good as this album, but I really do think it's going to be good for a comeback.

I'm just happy I got a repress of the vinyl and get to see them live next year

honestly hope there is no new album or music on the way, this album means way too much to me and I want it to remain the only LP in their discography because it's pretty much perfect (one of my hardest 5's)

meh, I'm being selfish lol, new music would obviously be cool but I will not be devastated if it doesn't happen

Still a big gap between the two tbh. Comebacks are waaaaaaaay worse than highly regarded albums.
