But SS2K isn't too, that's why I tried.

Since Rivers has posted 2 OFFICIAL tracklists for it. I don't see why you couldn't just add 2 versions of "Songs From The Black Hole" to the database with one as "Tracklist 1" and the other as "Tracklist 2"

I took it from a blog called Albums That Never Were, idk if I can post it here.

Well both share a lot of the same songs but are a little different. If you wanna get some info on it and check the tracklists you can here:

I think SS2K was an official release, at least the 10-track version that's featured on this site. They released it through their website at one point.
Songs from the Black Hole is different. It doesn't exist.

But rivers has made 2 official tracklists for it and you can find every single song online that he has
listed for those tracklists. So don't just say it doesn't exist
|
| |
Stop. The album DOES NOT exist. The album was never finished.
DEMO tracks for the album exist, along with two tracklists that were scrapped.
Don't mess with me.

I Wasn't trying to get smart man. I mean its not finished and does not exist in a official release. I'm
just trying to say it exists in a listenable form, its not like its a fan compilation with
random tracks and a fan made tracklist. With the state black hole was left in you can at least get a
sense of rivers true vision in its unfinished form, with some tracks being more finished than others
and a couple songs actually being completed.
|
| |
It is entirely a fan compilation! 100%! The popular version floating around the internet (the one that's listenable) has a fan made tracklist as well.

Hmm well I'm not aware of that, i never got a certain version. I just ended up acquiring all the songs from different sources and even have multiple versions of some songs. So anytime i listen to songs from the black hole, i just jam it in order of one of the track-listings river's posted.

No Other One has to be my least favorite. It's not bad though

No Other One is great. Such a memorable chorus, even with the all of the chord/key changes.

whaaaaat?
What's your favorite? Across the Sea?

No Other One is in the bottom 3 for me too. Good song, not on par with most of this though.

Across the Sea, Tired of Sex, and Falling For You are definitely top 3. No Other One would probably be my 4th or 5th favorite off of Pinkerton.
