Pale sounds like it could've easily been placed in Violet. Probably my favorite track from P&N. It's actually because of the background vocals by the bassist that it really makes it stand out for me, together with that incredible synth melody.

Nothing and Nowhere could be one of their best if it had a better sound.

granted it's not polished like the others, but for me that just adds to the eerie atmosphere. i like chibi's vocals the best on nan too.

Yawnfest. I was expecting a lot more from the band after reading the review.

It's repetitive and the vocals get boring after a while. In terms of instrumentation, it's pretty mediocre IMO. Pretty synths can't fix this.

Album is great and the review hits the nail on the head w/ the descriptions. Not nearly as creepy as Violet or N&N, but it is definitely awesome and addicting. I have been listening nonstop for the past 2 days. Surpasses WW/S IMO.

It's ironic that I find 'In The Dark' to be the least appealing track on P&N, while the vocalist, Chibi, finds it to be the best one and thus placed it at the front.

Besides that, I've given this album about 3-4 spins and I might add 0.5 soon enough. While it doesn't contain many remarkable highlights that jump out, besides Pale and the title track, as a whole it's quite consistent with no skippable songs that you had in previous material (Play Dead, Walking With Strangers).

It's just a really good collection of enjoyable tracks, and that's what TBM is all about really. No bullshitting around, just catchy and fun.

The most unlikely band that I would actually, well, say is...fantastic!?

A lot of great stuff going on this album. If only 80's music were as rad as this album.

Wasn't planning to buy this because I can't really afford it right now and people are going to laugh if they see this album in my collection... but I guess I'll just go ahead and say FUCK EVERYTHING, because I just ordered it.
