This is the one where they do everything and everything is perfect, but Inspo is probs their best for the high octane shit. So many gorgeous moments here though

There’s certainly a lot of potential depth here. I was thrown by the quieter moments initially. I’d already become fond of / accustomed to the big adrenaline hits. I’ll adapt (probably).

Their best album, gold back to front.
The last three song run is emotional catharsis. Inspiration is no slouch in that department either with AM 3:45 and 1/f no Kanshoku being gut punchers.

*four song run. Telecastic Fake Show might be the vanilla pick for best Sigure track, but shit damn does that one cover all bases impeccably. Played it to death, but forever in awe

Telecastic is incredible yeah, but that is a whirlwind of sonic awesome while the last three songs hits the feels like nothing else in their discography. Playing those in the middle of night is overwhelming, so much atmospheric wondering before breaking you down while everything else in their discography gives that tension and release much faster. As much as I adore their usual style the fact they only did this once makes it stand out so much. I can't think about the last three songs separately because they work so well as one whole. But if I had to pick a number one best track, Missing Ling for me.

Okay thunderous take, but a) that trio would flow even better and hit greater highs if you swapped seacret cm for Kimi to Oku and b) Missing Ling's comedown after that song is one of the reasons it's a mid-tier Sigure closer for me

I’ll be bumping this up, returning to it more frequently than Inspiration Is Dead now. I might also be ready to move forward with the rest of their discog.

UFO entered my orbit a few times and a good time was had, aye
(heard the debut LP too)

Moving forward is proving impossible, I've been listening to this very regularly for almost two months now. Keep thinking it'll eventually flame out, but the replay value is immense.

yeah, I promoted it the other week

And I might promote it again, incredibly diversity and replay-ability here, hmm. Almost wall-to-wall jams. Everything has something to offer. The back half has a couple of 'slow burners' after the more immediate accessibility of the earlier cuts
right, after a whole host of satisfying experiences here I will move on to 'S Virgin' as anything but

Will be interested to hear your take on that because it's their most dense work.

Telecastic is love 🥰
Already thinking I may have been hasty in promoting Inspiration Is Dead first, hmm why not both? Maybe

Telecastic is one of of those rare songs that is the most stereotypical version of its band almost to the point of being plain vanilla, but also one of their absolute best? Never get tired of that one, nails every part of their sound perfectly

Speaking of Ling, they're having their 15th anniversary concert in a few days. I pray they record it, because it means a proshot performance of moment a rhythm.
