ELP never put out an album even close to being as good as this.

ELP was probably the most "overacting" band of the 70's but I always loved those guys. Pictures at an Exhibition is brilliant

ELP's first four albums are all great, just usually a little spotty in quality.

I'm a KC fanboy so I dig ELP a little more because of Greg Lake's prescence

Moonmadness didn't hit me as hard as this, I need to listen to it again.

It's still fantastic though

Yeah but this just has that edge. The Snow Goose's absence from mediafire/my local record store saddens me

Couple of Pink Floyd and Yes albums are just about the only 70's prog I've seen in my local store. So much better to go out and be surprised by what you find but the non-mainstream range is so damn small.

Sucks. There are enough record stores around here where I can generally find some gems. Just bought Misplaced Childhood from one the other day and a copy of Moonmadness for a friend, since I already have that and Mirage. They had a copy of Gentle Giant's In a Glass House, but it was like forty bucks.
