The only thing disappointing about this album is the cover... I always love his art. There's an alternate one for every song on here and this is like the worst

review is pretty much what i think except i'd put it as a 4. sounds like aphex twin circa 97 mixed w/ final fantasy music.

Listening to this now. "A Raw Understanding" ...wow.

The beginning paragraph is ridiculous but the rest of the review is quality. I liked Soundtrack To A Vacant Life so this will be on my to-get list.

I hope this isn't as safe as STAVL. I liked that, but everything on that flowed way too well, it was like swimming in water with nothing to take me by surprise. Every songs captured the same atmosphere in a different way, and while that was cool, I got over it real quick.
