Dio was great in Rainbow too.
|

Dio's a legend, but I sure as shit don't think of him when I think of Black Sabbath.
|
| |
you should man
|
| |
Dio didn't have a thing to do with the first three records so no
|
| |
gotta look past that
|
| |
Can't, I'm afraid - one of them happened to be Sabbath's best album, Paranoid.
|

theres no hope

u guys just dont get it

I like Dio in Dio; not Sabbath. if you like Ozzy better then that's your personal preference which can't be argued, but Dio was still great in Sabbath too.
Nice review once more Nag

No u just don't get it. Some things are just not open for discussion. That Sabbath's classic era with Ozzy was by far their best is one of those things.

ozzy in sabbath is good, but i liked dios work with them better. neither of them suck

Ozzy-era is simply what Sabbath was all about. You have to see the Dio-era as a little excellent extra.
|
| |
meh i like your points and everything and your review but i still like dios work better but ozzys was amazing too so not much more can go into this

This discussion should have been in my review for H&H or MR anyway, not this forgettable album.
|
| |
haha. oh well, i havn't even bothered listening to this album and i guess theres no point at all now

Indeed you shouldn't, Sabbath's studio relevance faded right after Dio left. The Eternal Idol and Dehumanizer are the only albums past that still worth looking into.
