Cool cheers both

here or Kind of Blue probably
On the Corner might be worth looking into instead though depending on your taste... I recently just checked his last album I think before he died Tutu and it seemed pretty underrated
|
| |
actually looks like I'm way off about that being his last... don't know why I thought that... certainly one of his last, though
|
| |
Sounds good thx ill just check em all
Nice dig @ jokine
|
| |
wow quite an impressive task you've set yourself up with there
|
| |
I meant all the ones u guys mentioned lol
Discog ain't happenin anytime soon unfortunately
|
| |
yeah I doubt I'll ever be unlocking that trophy lol
|
| |
honestly I think it's cool hearing how Miles (and his bands) progressed their sound.
Round About Midnight, Milestones, Kind of Blue, Sketches of Spain, Miles Smiles, Filles de Kilimanjaro, In a Silent Way, Bitches Brew, Tribute to Jack Johnson, and On the Corner all fantastic records, and worth listening to (in that order, preferably, but no big deal)
|
| |
I've only listened to Columbia albums though, as I got a box set, so there's a bunch of other records I've never heard lol

Classic alb but not sure it’s a 5 in my heart of hearts: it’s really all about the first half (ambient drone / when the rhythm breaks out) of t/t

The t/t is perfection. That ambience is gorgeous. Oddly enough, it almost gives me a rich post-rock vibe.
