What's interesting is that a couple of riffs and solos in the new album kind of say



"Yeah, we can still play ridiculous stuff with our instruments and write excellent tech thrash, but this time we refrained from doing so, because..."

^Yeah the soloing is actually really good in places, but the rhythms never really kick the album in that much needed overdrive. There's no real adrenaline.
