Everything that is inadequate in this review can be summed up by-

"I was also a bit disappointed to find that there were virtually no drum fills or solos whatsoever on this record. Me being the drummer I am, notice things like that and i'm sure if he had a fill here and there it would have complemented the song."

negd.

I go back and forth with this and Computer as my favorite Radiohead record. Depends on the mood I'm in I guess. Both are superior to anything else in their discog, including Kid A.

pearldrummer likes drums

this would be 100 times better than OK Computer if the entire album was just a drum solo

Kid A had too much bleeps and bloops and not enough fills

I didn't say there was a Nirvana influence on this album, just for the song "My Iron Lung".

But... "My Iron Lung" is on the album, isn't it?

@musicaddiction101 Yeah it is, but the whole album is not influenced by Nirvana, just one song. He

made it sound like I was saying that all the songs on this album are heavily influenced by Nirvana and

Alice In Chains.

It's an amazing song, but the others are just better. It's fine if you neg my review, but don't base it off me not agreeing with your opinion.

What about "Fake Plastic Trees" dude? Props for recommending "Black Star" though, that song is underrated IMO.

I pos'd to be honest, this is a generally good review and it's silly to neg over an opinion about drum fills. Those are just my opinions though.

"What about "Fake Plastic Trees" dude?"

"Fake Plastic Trees" barely didn't make it, I gave my top 5, and Fake Plastic Trees is #6. I was upset

I couldn't put it in also, but the others are just better imo. Black Star blew my mind at first

listen.

And thanks for the pos! I do agree that it's silly to neg over an opinion about drum fills, but it is

not like it hasn't happened before.
