Saviour Machine is really nothing like this tbh Friday, but they are still really good from what I've heard.

This and October are about equal for me. World Coming Down and especially Slow Deep and Hard are better, though.

Y'know looking back at Peter Steele before first hearing Type O I'd have no idea he could sing like an angel. 23 years? Christ! I used to call him Dracula, but a sweetheart.

@Titan, I consider October Rust to be in the same ballpark arguably better I might add, but this is my favorite.

sacre bleu! ughhgggh

not on board with you guys, they have some great songs for sure, most of which appeared on this one.....no desire whatsoever to listen to this band outside of christian woman and a couple of others and even that is a rare occurence

Titan, I know what you're saying bud, but your rating is very deceiving! Outside of the 'greatest hits' or whatever have you...there is a wonderful record there. That's why I was calling them mood albums, sometimes I ain't feeling it, and sometimes I am, but those hits that you're talking about are always easier to go back to.

Ha, all good dude! Just an observation, was trying to see where you were coming from. To be fair, the moody melancholy vibe Type O gives off ain't always my cup of tea.

Danzig, Titan?

Absolutely, but I was into all of his stuff.

No kiddin' must have been a great time dude!

I saw Type O open for Pantera that same year.. It was in Dallas dude! I think it was fair park it must have been right before the Queensryche bill. I remember staying in Texas at the time because that's my dad's hometown and he was living down there for a shortwhile again... took my gf at the time drove all the way down from CT..
