vanderlyle is pretty boring and probably the worst song from the big 4 albums

naw - that honour goes to Fireproof.
Vanderlyle rules, especially live.

fireproof isn't that great but it's pretty nice atleast.
idk haven't seen vanderlyle live yet, but i find the studio version pretty uninteresting

i guess i didnt fully appreciate it until seeing them play it live. they used to close with it - just an acoustic guitar, Mat, and the crowd doing sing-a-long type thing. was nice.

Vanderlyle is the perfect closer for this, I don't rate it quite as high as a standalone track though
Fireproof is similar.

Vanderlyle is amazing, probably their best closer or Mr. November
|
| |
Album Rating: 5.0
Mr. November is their best closer for sure
Their closers I'd rank something like
Mr. November > Vanderlyle > Hard To Find > Lucky You > Gospel > whatever the name of the closer on the debut is

Agreed on that ranking Boney. Spot on.

Boxer: Too nondescript musically for me, lyrically vague, almost as if to universally appeal to anyone going through anything.
This is neat tho.
