This album kind of sucks overall, but the title track and Driving Nails are both fantastic.



Like, if you took the best two or three tracks from every DH album and made a couple comp albums with only those songs you'd have a couple 4.5/5 albums.

Yeah, production is too clean, makes it way too obvious that Ryan doesn't have the best harsh vocals... If they just added a ton of delay and reverb on the verses of 'This is the Line' for instance it would sound way better, I mean, most black metal vocals sound like shit too but they hide it with atmospheric effects.

It's still amazing, but not as good as I remember it. Collapsing and Blood in the Tears are my clear favorites, but some of the songs on here feel like filler. Which is weird because the deluxe edition has Desire the Pain, which is an absolutely sick track that should have been put on the regular album.
