I listened to this today for the first time in about 10 years. It's really great

Went back in the first time in many years myself today. Tried this one and their last release. Both are absolutely killer and they're criminally overlooked tbh. I remember their last one dropped when I was rabid about new releases. It'd be dope if they made a comeback

All their albums are quite consistent, but to me, this is my favorite. Equal doses of Sludge and Death make this sound like a soundtrack for a heroin overdose while drowning in some swamp in Louisiana. Its that good.

Pure badassery right here

You can hear the hardships of a Louisiana existence in the music
Hurricanes, poverty, crime, heat, drug addiction
But still grooving, despite everything
