This is slightly better than II imo because II feels a bit clunky and some songs drag to me at times whereas here everything feels like one perfectly cut product.

'39 is feelsy bro. It's also got like the coolest story for a queen song which is a group of space travelers come back from a yearlong voyage to find that it's been 100 years on earth due to how relativity bends time.
