This album is good, sadly I prefer follow the leader and even issues to this effort. Has catchy tracks and a little bit of humour but is a letdown compared to the self titled effort

Truth. People forget that they actually had a pretty unique sound on their first few releases, then as all these half-assed bands tried getting on the Nu-metal band wagon and saturated the market, Korn tried getting away from the genre they helped create. Unfortunately, none of the directions they explored in later years worked out all too great

Also, I think it helps that I was a teen in the 90's so I relate to the nu-metal culture a lot more than the current generation (which happens to be the common age group of sputnik). Personally, I hate most nu-metal now, but at the time I liked it a lot and appreciated the refreshing escape from grunge/alternative.
