Fail album is pretty damn fail. And pretty much as close to being pure money making as you can get, with no apparent artistic credibility.

I didn't really pay much attention to this and i've never heard anything else Lil Wayne has done, so i'll give it the benefit of the doubt and a 2.5 at present.

It's pretty damn awful though.

Lil Waynes' other albums are sooo much better than this. Check out Tha Carter II or III or any of the mixtapes inbetween those two releases.

during math class when it was time to get out our laptops i saw this on metacritic. I both felt amazing and confused.

Am I the only one that noticed the terrible drumming?

it's not that it's bad, or even that it's a bad review as much as Sputnik users don't get published to Meta, that is for staff members. At least this is the impression I'm under, and honestly, agree with 100%.

I found myself cringing quite a bit while listening to this. It is legitimately awful. The beats were terrible, rhymes was horrid, and wtf@ the shitty guitar player? Not to mention autotune.

There are a couple good moments guitar-wise on this album, which is why i feel like there may have been a studio musician in some situations.

The guest vocalist on the first two tracks literally gives me goosebumps. Not because she is talented, but because the combination of Weezy and her sound like nails on a chalkboard and alert my primal warning senses.

There was a moment or two when I thought the guitar was actually good, but then he would make it fail, and it failed pretty damn hard.

Here are my problems with it all in a nutshell

1.Shitty Autotune

2.Shitty Guitar (extremely few exceptions)

3.Nobody on the album guest-wise (including Wanye) who knows anything of rock in general

4.From the producers, to the lyrics, to....everything. Nobody seems to have a clue of what the hell to do. This was a half baked album that never should've been put in the oven.

You may insult me now.
