I love this album. The live sounding sax breaths new life into black metal, especially on undercurrent.

Sputnik is being plastered with what appears to be real-live tits and ass and I couldn't be happier.

I'm kind of a sucker for all the Dream Theater and Queensryche influence.

Wow I wish I heard this earlier.. This is really good.

Wow I was so excited when I first heard this a couple weeks ago, this album is just what I'd been looking for. Good times. Early Opeth sounding at times and early King Crimson sounding at times, Emperor-sounding only occasionally.

Ordered the limited/deluxe edition of this. Can't wait to see some of the footage on the bonus DVD.
Undercurrent is fantastic. Probably the most complete song on the album for me personally. The progression throughout is just about perfect.

A superb post-black metal album by a BM legend

The sax in A Grave Inversed is awesome, it really throws you for a loop

One of my recent digs. Well I like the tridimensional side of After, specially the sax. But sounds a little too pseudo-criative to my taste.

The best of ihsahn's solo albums to be honest. That saxophone sound fits perfectly with ihsahn's other progressive ideas so well, and the mourning saxophone bit right at the end of the last track is great. Wonderful workm/

Not bad, I quite enjoy it, but maybe it needs to grow on me a little more.
