I definitely like this better than Shrouded Divine. SD is still a 4, but I got bored pretty fast. This keeps my attention.

That's weird. Should be the other way around.

Grind Denial is like the coolest song ever.

Mantra kicks total ass, and would be better than The Latter Rain without Wayakin. That is my final assessment. Every track but Wayakin is absolutely incredible.

Upped this to a 4.

I enjoy parts of Wayakin but the whole speech part where some old guy is like "the bear teaches us strength, the owl teaches us wisdom" etc. is awful.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind the song without the idiot spoken parts. What do you think of Sombre Fall bodom? It's almost like post-rock/screamo esque, but I fucking adore it.

Sombre Fall/Burdened Winter is definitely the most unique song they've written (in a good way). I think my favorite song would have to be Dark Prophets/Black Hearts at the moment though. I'm also surprised how they managed to make "On the Banks of the Mississippi" not sound awkward or cheesy at all. It's surprisingly epic sounding.

Aint No Lovin is just badass.

That album needs a review so we can actually talk about it on its page lol. Maybe i'll do one.

Crysis said he has one done and will post it Sunday or Monday. I was thinking of doing one too, but if he gets that up I won't.

Also, the end of "Mississippi" is superb.

I guess i'm just starting to get more familiar with the songs. Took a while to sink in but I enjoy this a lot more now. I still prefer Shrouded Divine though, but this has some killer tracks.

I listened to the first two songs and this is kind of hit and miss so far. I didn't expect much from this, though, considering I didn't really like their debut.

I wasn't the biggest fan of their debut either, but I actually think this is better.

The songs grow on you.

Yeah I'm just waiting until the album is officially out somewhere in the world before I post it. Feel free to do one as well, though, it's not like I was "claiming" it or anything lol

'Succeeds' is used wrongly in that one-sentence paragraph. I think you meant 'supersedes' or 'surpasses'.

Alright, thank you. I will fix that.
