The new album is great but doesn't quite reach the peaks of this one in my opinion. That Golden Rule and Shock Shock are monumental. But then again, I do have a soft spot for their more poppier side, especially in this.

Many Of Horror was an alternative radio hit around my region when this came out and I still have a soft spot for it because it was what got me into the band

To be fair, I think nostalgia could have a massive effect for me here. I jumped between this and the new album, and Only Revolutions still takes the cake. It definitely has more generic numbers and cheesy moments, but as an overall package it hits the mark that little bit more, personally.
This could easily change over time though! I love both albums, they're great!

Other than "The Captain" which is weakest song by far (the version included on Lonely Revolutions is better), every other song is consistently good with some of great moments here and there. The new album is just solid from start to finish with some incredible highlights reminiscent of their early material.
