I'm disappointed. There were such better names for this band, Rasputin. Swallow the Cum maybe?

hahaha, i'm sure that was the band's first idea but then they thought it would be too obvious

Could you change the release date to November 10? As far as I know this wasn't released anywhere on the 1st.

Metal Archives has this out on November 4th.

It's the 4th for Europe, 9th for UK, and 10th for US but they'd like us to keep us release dates, if possible. It's not going to get your review deleted or anything, because this is released somewhere...

Go wiz! Glad to see you skipping church in order to make fun of mediocre doom bands ;)

yeah, Crysis, when you add an album there's a thing next to where you entree the release date asking to make it the US release date.

HALLELUJAH! Morning Never Came pt 4 is EXACTLY what I'm hoping for. =)

The thing is, even if we do want to say STS is sounding the same on every album, they are still very hit and miss. When they miss, they can't hold my attention (Plague of butterflies, Ghost of Loss). When they hit, they change the entire way I think about dark music (Morning Never Came, Hope).

That being said, now that I've found one of my favorite sounds, I'm not quite sure I'm hoping for anything new. In fact, I'm sure I wouldn't have preordered this if I thought it was going to be leaning more towards Pob rather than Hope.

I wasn't really expecting much tbh, it was about what I thought it was going to be.

It was odd because I liked PoB, and thought the new drummer would give them a kick. Great review though.

i was really hoping that kai would add something astounding to their sound (while obviously keeping the sound from their better past albums!)

I like the use of the term "clever", haha.

One thing I really liked about Hope was that it had a bunch of guest artists for clean vocals. I'm wondering if that is still the case, or if Mikko went full on this time.

There are no mentions of guest vocalists and I don't hear any hints of them besides the female ones.

they mention the guest vocals on thier myspace site...
anyhow you forgot thier 34:34 EP plauge of butterflies btw ..jsyk or maybe you forgot idk, but wanted to correct that. and also there is no better name than STS...your not part of the band so dont worry about it =P

the whole cd should be amazing. dont only listen to certain tracks, peoples' tastes do differ and listen to all of the tracks just to see if you like them too, you never know. but all in all a great review, and good job.

NOV.10th its supposed to come out for north america but amazon says NOV.17th ..and zune has nothing about it on thier site..sad right?..but w/e ill get it one way or another.
