Yeah I really really prefer The Fragile nowadays. I’m not rethinking the 5, I still think this record is brilliant for the most part… but it’s definitely not like the holy grail of music that I used to think it was

Only caught them on night one but I’m kinda glad, if I had to pick a night I mean. Night two’s setlist was so much weaker imo.

really possibly the best concert I’ve ever been to. The storm over Denver was just such a perfect backdrop for an already beautiful venue. I almost don’t wanna go back because I know whoever I see will not live up to how incredible that show was.

And opening with Somewhat Damaged going into The Day The World Went Away just completely fucked me up. They could’ve just played those two tracks and I would’ve walked away happy lol

Must have been awesome this show! I saw them twice in Europe, was great both times, but not cathartic.

I totally get @onionbubs, the lyrics here can indeed sound ridiculous now that I’ve grown up, but strangely I can still somwhat relate to them, it’s nostalgia, I guess. Take “Eraser” for an example, there’s no way I’ll ever feel like that again in my life, but I kinda wish I would. There’s the magick. The Fragile does it better, it’s their (his?) magnum opus.

I only went night one of Red Rocks as well and agree it had the better set. It was the perfect mix of deeper cuts and hits for me. Really was not expecting bangers like The Perfect Drug and Survivalism to be dropped also. I'm a Denver/Red Rocks local and I can say among all the shows I've seen there its probably top 2. I know it will be hard to top but please come back! Red Rocks shows really do just hit differently especially in the summer/fall

I totally will come back thru if another band I love plays it, or especially if nin plays it again lol

I didn’t look up their usual set beforehand so And All That Could Have Been, The Big Come Down, and This Isn’t the Place were such huge surprises to me. I wasn’t even that upset that we didn’t get Closer because we got fucking Reptile
