^And seeing as how you've rated it higher than him that fanboy comment becomes a moot point as well

No, I think I'll review this, but take my own sweet time. Only got like 3 comments on the only other review I wrote, so I kind of was dismayed.

Not writing anything for months and pretty much dropping music for 2 weeks straight, which considering how much I listen that is a very long time.
I listen to music all the time unless I'm watching a movie or sleeping
Considering my reviews weren't that great when I started and they were only average before I stopped, I'm guessing I'm gonna be back at square one with my next review

Album totally rules.

My advice (and bear in mind i've yet to write a review) i'd review something you were comfortable with.
You know, the kinda album that you can't go a week without listening too, where you know all the lyrics and the meanings for them, you know when the breakdowns come and sudden tempo/time signature change.
An album that after the 100th listen still triggers the same feelings and emotions as the first day ya heard it, be it love/hate or whatever.
And take ya time with it, re-read, re-read, re-read it

i think it's time that Iai thought about doing another converge review. jus' sayin'

"Most of the influence outside of the metal realm is a punk/hardcore influence, and thus it does become a task to try and categorize Converge, especially since they don’t want you to and you’re a fool for trying you ontologically inclined bastard and it’s people like you that I can’t stand because you’re always trying to categorize bands into little niches when they obviously don’t want to be and I have a sneaking suspicion that you’re a mentally unstable necrophiliac you strange person."
Now that's what I call a sentence.
